KARL HILL
I have several years clinical experience working with individuals with a wide variety of presenting concerns, both in private practice and for organisations including MIND in Enfield and Brent MIND.
Prior to working as a psychotherapist I taught philosophy, politics, history and theology. I obtained my M.A. in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC), also having studied at Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (RCSPC) and the Tavistock Clinic.
I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA), the Society of Existential Analysis (SEA) and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). My current research interests include the links between Existential Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis / Analytical Psychology and the work of Søren Kierkegaard (1813-55), RD Laing (1927-89) and Ernesto Spinelli (1951- ).
